Our commitment is to ensure that a high standard, quality service, is delivered to our clients.
We have regular consultation with our clients and their carers regarding the care provided to ensure quality performance. For example:
- Team meetings are held between all the staff monthly and six monthly.
- Visiting our clients on an annual basis to review service plans and monitor the performance of the Care Assistant or Support Worker.
We also use a customer satisfaction survey which invites clients, their relatives or representatives, to offer their views and opinions about the quality of service being provided. The results are analysed to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
The Greenfield Care Induction Programme for Care or Support Workers states clearly the level of service to be delivered and how this is to be monitored on a continuous basis.
We are inspected by the Care quality Commission (CQC) formally Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and their reports are available on their website www.cqc.org.uk
